CHIP Alumni of Rock River Valley
is an independent, not-for-profit corporation of the
State of Illinois located in Rockford, Illinois, established
to serve the educational needs of its members and
the community. It is governed by a Board of Directors
elected by the membership according to the bylaws.
Funding sources include dues, donations, grants, fundraisers
and activity fees.

Meetings
of the CHIP Alumni Board of Directors are held
on the first Monday of each month at 6 pm at the
Burpee Center (lower level) of Rockford College. The
meeting are open to the public
